Tropical healthy smoothie with a peach and mango
- 120 ml non-fat yogurt
- A half peach
- 2.1 g chopped mango
- 120 oz peach nectar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Mix all ingredients into the blender and serve in a glass with a few ice cubes.
Banana smoothie for breakfast
- frozen banana (chopped into small pieces)
- 120 ml milk with low-fat or skim milk
- 240 ml non-fat yogurt
- Crushed ice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Very little ground nutmeg
Mix all ingredients in blender, except yogurt. Leave well together and add the yogurt and mix a few seconds.
