- 500 g pumpkin (cooked)
- 750 ml milk
- 200 ml vanilla yogurt
- Little nuts, almonds (for decoration)
1. Peel the pumpkin, cut it in pieces and boil it well until the pumpkin is very soft.
2. Place the strips of pumpkin in the blender; add milk, a little cinnamon and vanilla yogurt. Nice blend the mixture until it is smooth.
3. Transfer the shake it into a bowl, put a little cinnamon on top and sprinkle crushed almonds or hazelnuts for decoration
