Sexy Sweet Sugar Heart Shape Gifts Cookies

- 3 cups flour
- ¾ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter or (not with salt)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon red food color
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 100g white chocolate
Allow the butter to to rest and slightly soften at room temperature.
In a bowl stir the flour, baking powder and salt. Leave them aside. In another bowl place the butter and sugar. Mix with a mixer until mixture gets bright color. Add the red food color, mixing egg milk and stir. Then hit the mixer to smaller speed and gradually add the flour mixture while you stirring. You will know that is ready when the mixture starts to separate from the walls of the container. Divide the dough in a half, wrap the both pieces in greaseproof paper and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Sprinkle the desktop and rolling pin with a powdered sugar. Remove one part of the dough and roll until it obtain a thickness of 6 -7 mm. Do not allow to stuck with moving the dough so often (if is necessary, further sprinkle with powdered sugar). You need to be quick because the dough must not be warm (that is why you split into two parts).
Cut the dough with a mold in the shape of a heart and get more pieces (you should get about 35 cookies). Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with grease proof paper for baking and place it in preheated oven at 200 ° C. Allow to bake until they begin to slightly darker , but they don’t have to become brown ( takes about 7-9 minutes) . Remove and allow cooling.
Now the interesting part. Melt the chocolate on steam (or in a low heat, stirring constantly), and allow to cool. Place one piece of chocolate in cooking syringe with a very small aperture (if you don’t have, take a small plastic bag and cut a small part of one corner – 1 to 2 mm).With a gently pressure place the chocolate over the cookies. You can choose a decoration between the forms of traverse lines or decoration in the form of dots of varying size (for images).
