- The big ( one )
- garlic cloves ( two )
- carrots ( two )
- small celery ( one )
- parsnip ( one )
- potatoes ( two )
- The slice of a sunken bread or 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs,
- egg ( one )
- The chopped parsley
Prepare Vegetables Steak:
- At the beginning wash the vegetables
- Chop them the vegetables to the little pieces.
- Add the slice of a sunken bread or bread crumbs, put salt, pepper, parsley and an egg, and knead it all. Make small steaks and roll them to the flour for easy preparing and grill them to the oil.Remove the roast in to paper to absorb the excess grease.
- Now you can serve them.
- If you prefer, you can fry sesame seeds and sprinkle over the steaks.
