Few things about Coffee Muffins… Little coffee helps us when we’ve got a headache, but not too much coffee because we’ll have a strong counter effect. Coffee is good for a hangover.
1 sachet baking powder
150 ml Milk and 2 tablespoons of honey
100 grams of sugar
60 grams Margarine
10 grams Coffee
2 tablespoons of cocoa
200 milliliters of water
3 sachets vanilla sugar
230 grams of flour and 1 egg
At first we started with boiling syrup at moderate temperature. The minced coffee, margarine, water, honey and sugar are putting in to the ovenproof bowl with a thick bottom.
After short boiling, reduce the fire and cook over 7 min.
Allow to cool and stir occasionally.
In meanwhile mix the flour with cocoa, add the baking powder and vanilla sugar and finally add the beaten egg with milk.
In frosty syrup place the mixture of flour and shake it to merge.
Charge the molds of muffins with mixture.
Bake them in preheat oven at 180 degrees over 20 min.
