- 200g rice
- 2 onions
- 1 carrot
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 celery root
- a little cooking oil
- 400 g minced meat
- 150 g cheese
- a little salt , pepper
1.In the bowl place water , salt and pour the rice . Boil until soft. Drain and transfer to the crucible ( previously moisten the dish with cooking oil ) .
2.Carrot should be cut to small pieces. Chop the onion . The little cooking oil , fry for about 10 minutes . Pepper and celery, chop them , add them to the pan and fry for another few minutes .
3.In the pan, add the minced meat , season with salt and pepper and fry for a few minutes until the meat changes color .
4.Place the meat on boiled rice .
5.On the top put some cheese and bake at 180 degrees about 30 minutes or until cheese is golden – brown.
6. Now you can serve.
