Banana-orange weight loss smoothies
- Squeeze the oranges. Peel the banana and with the lemon juice mince in a food processor.
- Add the teaspoon of honey, orange juice and pinch of cinnamon.
- Mix well and serve immediately.
An advice: Honey can be substitute with sweetener.
Forest fruit smoothie
- 2dl(200ml) of thick yogurt (with the smallest percentage of fat)
- 2dl (200ml) milk
- 2 handfuls of forest fruits
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Ice as you wish
- Mix the yogurt, milk, honey, cinnamon and butter cream with a hand blender or with a blender.
- Add the frozen fruit and mix until it’s gets a thick paste.
- Pour in bowls and add 1-2 ice cubes or put more fruit on the top.
