Banana-orange weight loss smoothies

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Squeeze the oranges. Peel the banana and with the lemon juice mince in a food processor.
  2. Add the teaspoon of honey, orange juice and pinch of cinnamon.
  3. Mix well and serve immediately.

An advice: Honey can be substitute with sweetener.

Forest fruit smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2dl(200ml) of thick yogurt (with the smallest percentage of fat)
  • 2dl (200ml) milk
  • 2 handfuls of forest fruits
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Ice as you wish

Preparation

  1. Mix the yogurt, milk, honey, cinnamon and butter cream with a hand blender or with a blender.
  2. Add the frozen fruit and mix until it’s gets a thick paste.
  3. Pour in bowls and add 1-2 ice cubes or put more fruit on the top.
