– 2 carrots
– cup of oatmeal
– yogurt cup
– a cup of rice milk
– cup orange juice
Preparation: sliced them oat flakes in a blender and then add the yogurt. Pour the rice with milk and orange juice. Cut apples and carrots, and add to the blender and mate until a liquid mixture. Optionally you can add a little water.
