You can not imagine the day without bread, the favorite part of every meal, can you?  But did you know that is also a carbohydrate bomb that comes in various forms , some of which are very harmful to our body and line?

What will happen to your body if you completely stop eating bread ?

1. You will lose weight as a result of accumulated water in your body

The bread is rich in carbohydrates , and therefore quick disposal of your menu will almost instantly show any result. It is not about weight loss , but the loss of water accumulated in your body. Organism collects carbohydrates in the form of glycogen , a kind of lactic acid which collects water. Each gram of carbohydrates reserved in the body absorbs 3 to 4 times more water than its weight.

2. No constant feel of hunger

Processed carbohydrates which are found in large quantities in the white bread, cause a sharp increase of sugar in your blood ,and then  just as sharply, declines. These crazy changes, send the brain unclear signals that increase hunger and thirst because of which people gain weight. But that does not mean you have to completely discard the bread from your diet, but you should empty calories from white bread to replace them with those made from wheat full grain that regulate and balance the sugar in your blood.

3. Your energy will grow, and digestion will improve

Unlike integral or black bread, white does not contain nutritional fiber needed for normal operation of the intestines and digestion. That is why it creates constipation and problems with digestion. Once you take out the white bread from the menu m you should continue with full grain products, so that your digestive system will start working normally.
